Amy Eldon Executive Director (USA)
Amy Eldon is host and associate-producer of "Dying to tell the Story," the two-hour Emmy-nominated film, which received both Director's Guild of America and Independent Spirit nominations, and was selected as the "best documentary on television" by the National Headliners Association. Amy co-produced and co-hosted "Global Trek: In Search of New Lebanon," a half-hour travel program for CNN International, and co-produced "Soldiers of Peace: A Children's Crusade." Most recently Amy hosted and co-produced the PBS series "OneGlobalTribe," a show looking at people who are finding solutions to the challenges they face in their communities.
Amy is the co-author of three books, "Soul Catcher: A Journal to Help you Become Who you Really Are," "Angel Catcher: A Journal of Loss and Remembrance" and "Love Catcher: A Journal to Invite more Love into your Life," and is the author of "Angel Catcher for Kids", published in September 2002, by Chronicle Books. |

Charles Tsai
Executive Director (Canada)
A journalist and television producer, Charles Tsai helped launch OneGlobalTribe, a PBS series that profiles social entrepreneurs and explores global issues through adventure travel. Prior to producing OneGlobalTribe, Charles worked as reporter and producer for CNN, specializing in long form features for the network's educational program, CNN Newsroom.
Charles is a graduate of Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism and University of California at Berkeley. He spent his childhood in Thailand, Malawi and the United States before moving to Vancouver, Canada, where he now lives.

Soiya Gecaga
Executive Director (U.K.)
Soiya Gecaga is founder of Earthchild Foundation, which raises funds to support various organizations that look after children with HIV/AIDS. Prior to that, she worked as a corporate lawyer for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She has also worked for The UN High Commission for Human Rights in Geneva, an orphanage for children with HIV/AIDS in Kenya, and Mother Teresa’s home for the destitute and dying in Calcutta.
Soiya graduated from the Phillips Academy (Andover, Mass.), St. Andrews University (Scotland), and The College of Law in London. |

Andrew Epstein
Program Manager
Andrew Epstein was a high school teacher and principal for 15 years, mainly working in alternative high schools with underserved populations in Seattle and rural Iowa. He has run an educational consulting business providing curriculum design, resource development, and teacher training around education reform and "at-risk" youth issues. He was Deputy Director of Youth Fair Chance Seattle where he managed a multi-year, multi-million dollar federal Department of Labor demonstration program in youth employment and training. He has a M.Ed. from the University of Washington in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and is currently a doctoral student at the University of Wisconsin in International & Comparative Education.

Jason Carvalho
Director of Business Development
Jason Carvalho draws on 10 years of experience in the Business, Not For Profit, and I.T sectors and has earned a reputation as a successful organization builder with proven leadership expertise. He is currently Founder and President of The Canadian Social Entrepreneurship Foundation. He is also Director of Small Business Development for the I.T Solutions provider Mercurial Communications Inc. He is an active Partner and Vice President for the Vancouver based iGEN Knowledge Solutions Inc.
Over the past 5 years he has volunteered hundreds of hours and held Director posts with several not for profit and community organizations. Formly Vice-President and Co-Founder of the Greater Victoria Entrepreneurs Challenge, winner of the 2002-2003 Quality of Life Award presented by the Capital Region of B.C; Jason was responsible for the organizations executive committee, media, marketing, structural and financial growth. He has a background in Psychology from the University of Victoria, and is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Management from Athabasca University.

Alison Fast
Co-Founder and Director of Outreach
Alison received her B.A. in Photojournalism from Boston University College of Communication. She graduated Cum Laude in 1998 after completing research and photography in nine countries. She moved to Los Angeles in 2000 after originating a youth magazine-style television show in San Francisco, and has since worked as an Associate Producer for MTV and National Geographic, among other networks.
Alison recently spent six months in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where she produced, shot and directed videos for nonprofits. She currently works as Director of Development at Creative Visions, and continues to produce media projects. She is a certified yoga instructor and fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. |

Kaitlyn D. H. Olson
Youth Director
A High School student at New Roads School, the soon to be The Herb Alpert Village, Kaitlyn is a youth and grassroots activist. She has been a participant in such important events as The Young People’s Congress, a two week summit of youth leaders, in Hawaii, 2000, The Millennium World Peace Summit, at the UN in NYC, 2001, The Women Religious and Spiritual Leader’s Peace Summit at the UN, Geneva, Switzerland, 2003, and she spent the summer of 2005 in El Salvador as part of the Global Awareness In Action Program at Yale University through the Putney Foundation.
She currently serves as Youth Director of Global Tribe and is Co-Producer of the Thirty-Thousand Benefit Concert for war-affected children in Uganda to take place in January 2006 at the Knitting Factory of Los Angeles and New York. Kaitlyn is a
participant and presenter of One Global Tribe at Y.E.S. Summit, Kenya 2006,“Empowering Youth to Create Sustainable Livelihoods”. |
